Cost: Season fees for Cañon City Blitz Soccer are $150 per player. This is typically collected at registration, but we also provide an option to pay a $50 deposit at the time of registration with the remainder due at the beginning of the season. If the club does not have enough players to register a team for your child’s age group, the registration fee will be refunded.
We offer discounts for families with multiple players; each sibling registered after the first player receives a discount of $25 each. Family discounts are automatically applied when registering multiple players in the same family.
On top of club fees, players purchase their own uniform kits from Soccer.com which currently runs about $75 for home and away jerseys, shorts, and socks. Parents will receive information about purchasing a uniform after players are placed on a team. For returning players, uniforms may be used for multiple seasons.
Affordability: Cañon City Blitz Soccer is proud to have some of the lowest registration fees in Colorado for competitive league soccer. Other clubs we play often cost many times over what we pay in fees. We are able to offer affordable rates because we are a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities to Fremont County’s youth soccer community.
Yet we recognize that these costs might be difficult for some families. Blitz offers scholarships which cover up to $75 of the registration fee for a player, if approved by the Board. Payment Methods: As part of our recent switch to a new registration platform, payments are now required at time of registration through Sports Connect, which allows for a more streamlined process for both parents and club administration. You will be asked to pay online by credit/debit card to complete player registration. While club administration would prefer that fees be paid in this manner, we do offer an option to pay by check.
To pay by check, complete the registration for your player up until the point that a credit card number is requested at check out. Leave your player registration in the cart and contact Liz Leone at [email protected] with the name of your player and the desire to pay by check. Club administration will manually complete registration and you will receive confirmation once registration is complete. Check payment can be mailed to Cañon City Youth Soccer Association, P.O.
