Referee pay rates are set by Colorado Soccer Association and are adjusted for each new seasonal year. Pay rates per game are dependent on the referee position, experience level, and the age level of the teams playing. As an example, for the 2022-2023 season the rate for for an Assistant Referee for the youngest age group (U11-U12) was $25 per game; for a center Referee at the oldest age group (U17-U19) the rate was $65 per game. Bonus pay may be provided for solo Referees when Assistant Referees are not available for a game.
