As part of Colorado Soccer Association, all registered playing members with Cañon City Blitz are provided with secondary medical insurance coverage in the event of an injury suffered during a CSA sanctioned activity (practices, games, tournaments, camps/clinics). Payment will not be made for any expenses incurred after 52 weeks of the accident date.
